Here is an addicted online flash based game based on Naruto manga and anime series where you get to select to battle with players across the world.
There are several levels to climb to. Ex- Academy-Genin- Chuunin- Anbu- Jounin- Sannin - Jinchuuriki- Akatsuki -Kage. As one levels up they get opprtunities to unlock new characters. Say you get Lee at beginning BUT you don't get a Jiraya unless you reach Jounin level
